You didn’t cause this. But you can be part of the healing.

When someone you love is struggling with an eating disorder, it can feel like you're walking on eggshells—wanting to help, but unsure what to say, how to support, or where to even begin.

You are not alone. And you don’t have to figure this out by yourself.

This group is for parents and caregivers who are looking for guidance, hope, and a safe place to learn how to support their loved one’s recovery—starting at the table, and going much deeper.

What this group offers:

A 6-week guided support and learning experience designed to help you:

  • Understand how food, body image, and emotions are deeply intertwined in eating disorders.

  • Learn compassionate, empowering strategies to help your loved one heal.

  • Build skills around what to say and do—especially in the hardest moments.

  • Explore your own relationship with food, body image, and home food culture in a gentle and non-judgmental way.

  • Connect with other parents who get it—through story sharing, mutual support, and healing conversations.

What makes this group different?

✔️ Led by a Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders
With years of experience supporting families and individuals through eating disorder recovery, I’ll guide you with evidence-based strategies, deep compassion, and zero judgment.

✔️ Centered on empowering you as a parent
You are not the problem. In fact, you are one of the most powerful allies in your loved one’s healing. This group is about helping you feel grounded, supported, and capable.

✔️ We talk about the hard Ssuff
Together, we’ll explore:

  • What food is really like in your home

  • How your own body image stories show up in parenting

  • The pressure of diet culture and how it can quietly influence beliefs

  • How to respond to emotional storms around meals with empathy, not fear

✔️ Healing happens in connection
These sessions aren’t just about learning—they’re about connecting. Each group includes time for story-sharing, reflections, and collective support. You’ll leave feeling less alone, more hopeful, and with concrete tools to take back to your family.
